“The pharmacist manager is awesome and does her job very well. The gentleman pharmacist is awesome as well but not sure his name. And two of the customer service females are amazing and very helpful! I don't know their names but I'm going to learn them next time I go!! One is white a blonde and the other is black or bi racial but Those 4 I have only positive things to say about them. I didn't have the app and have called them 100 times and they all have been so kind and helpful still! I have the app now?”
“This is a very clean place! The staff is amazing and is always friendly! I love this pharmacy they make you feel like family! They are nothing like the other pharmacy where they are rude or treat you like a human. I love this place!! I wouldn't use any other pharmacy!!! The only down fall is they aren't open on the weekends but it's worth the wait to go here there any other pharmacy in town!”

“I can't say much about the store but the Pharmacy is great. They do need more help but they are always spot on, never grouchy and help with any way they can. I have been to almost all pharmacy's in Muncie, Payless Tillotson outshines them all. I wish that they could get more help because everyone works their hind end off. Keep up the good work!!!!”

“The pharmacy team here at the Jackson Walgreens location is amazing! ❤ They have been helpful on many occasions before, but this occurrence today made me want to write a review. They really go above and beyond for customers!Side story: My husband and I had pharmacy clinic appointments scheduled weeks in advance for today (01-04-2022 @10am) at the 100 E. McGalliard Walgreens location and when we arrived, there was a sign on the entrance door stating that the pharmacy was closed until 2pm. We didn't receive a voicemail or anything about this short notice. The cashier desk staff told me to try again later at 2pm. My husband and I are third shifters, it's not so easy just to come back later...especially when we already took PTO for this appointment. Very unprofessional and I left very frustrated.So, we drove to the Jackson Walgreens and the pharmacy staff squeezed us into their already busy waiting area. Since we had our appointment confirmation from the other location, they were able to help us. I am extremely thankful for their service and understanding! Seriously, thank you so much!!! You guys saved our day!! ❤”

I only come here to grab this and that when I'm in town visiting since it's the only store I can walk to without having to cross a busy road.All the employees I've encountered are very nice. The store is clean and in general, I can find what I need very quickly - only occasionally have asked for help.”

“I have always been served by friendly positive pharmacy staff in a professional manor. Sometimes the line is 4-5 people deep sometimes you can walk right up to the counter without waiting. All the CVS staff are helpful and friendly but inside the store I feel the isles are narrow and overwhelming. Liquor price is competitive.”
