“I had an excellent customer service experience with BCW, thanks especially to Isabella. I reached out for help with a return and placing a new order, and Isabella was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. She clearly explained BCW’s policies, walked me through the options available to me, and made sure I had exactly the information I needed to make the best decision and move forward. Having spent more than a decade working in customer service and business operations myself, I have a particular appreciation for someone who handles a customer interaction this well. Isabella didn’t simply provide an answer—she took ownership of my request, communicated clearly, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the best solution. Great customer service makes a real difference, especially when something about an order doesn’t go quite as planned. Isabella made the entire experience easy and left me even more confident about purchasing from BCW in the future. Excellent service from a company that clearly cares about its customers.”
