“Our daughter’s steering rack went out on her car, and while we were able to get it towed home, we quickly realized the repair was more than we could handle. We bought the part, and a friend tried to help, but he wasn’t able to get the cradle off to remove the steering rack. To make things more stressful, every shop we called was booked weeks out — and with the car undriveable and my husband recovering from a broken leg and surgery the day before Thanksgiving, we were in a bind.
Eagle Auto Milan LLC was the only place where someone picked up the phone and truly listened. The gentleman my husband spoke with was incredibly kind and said he’d do his best to help us since my husband is temporarily not working due to recovery from surgery. They picked up the car on Monday evening, completed the repair quickly for a very reasonable price, and then delivered the car back to us because my husband couldn’t drive. They even brought the keys right to our door.
