“Love the Milan location and shop there multiple times throughout the week. Today we were kept waiting as the clerk Keli was too busy texting on her cellphone to be of service. Then rudely grabbed our packages to ring them up like we were disturbing her. Wanted to make this known as she is the ONLY clerk we’ve ever had an issue with. Smh customer service is not her calling. And not sure there are many jobs out there where you’re even allowed to have your phone on you while on the clock! Rude.”
