i bought a battery here for about $200 and when i tried to return it because it stopped working the clerk said i could only get a new battery instead, (i had already got one from another place.) so what i'm just gonna get another shitty battery from you? this place is garbage.

Paid Over $18 for ONE standard, basic, nothing special, replacement headlight bulb... ONE!! (2006 Corolla) This is insane. I can get the exact same bulb, possibly even two of them for half that at Meijer down the street. Only.reason I came here was it was.already dark out and this was slightly closer. Ridiculous

Had a burned out headlight after just 6 months , and I didn't have receipt. The manager made it right, and showed me how to avoid the bulbs burning out so fast

Thankful for the ONE employee who was willing to help install our battery that we purchased from here. The manager laughed at my husband and said they don’t install batteries “this isn’t advanced auto parts” when he asked them about installing the battery he was purchasing from his store. They gave him a tray of tools and sent him out to change it. When we were unable to remove the old battery due to an issue with a bolt, this same manager couldn’t believe my husband couldn’t remove the battery. Instead of offering help he made him feel stupid. The one employee that did come out to help was able to give simpleInstructions and assist with removing the bolt. When we started to install the new battery we struggled with the same bolt. This time I went inside to ask for help and I asked the manager when they changed their policy about battery installation and he said they have always only installed certain batteries. I asked about the f150 he refused to change and he tried to give me some run around about not being able to touch screws and certain parts. His overall demeanor was rude and I have no problem finding a new AutoZone or even Advanced Auto Parts for any future battery purchases and installs we may need. I’d suggest anyone else do the same.
