I came into Belle tire for an alignment. I’m not a huge fan of corporate businesses. I typically go to individually owned shops. But my mechanic doesn’t have the equipment to perform alignment adjustments. When they checked my alignment out, they weren’t able to adjust it due to loose parts. After they gave me the diagnosis, Cory gave me an estimate. I had to go to another appointment, but after I left, I made the call back to see how quickly they could get the work done. I decided to go back, and I’m glad I did. I actually already bought pads and rotors to have changed on my vehicle, but I am returning them because Cory and his team got the job done.

“I went in at 3:00 on Saturday afternoon with a nail in my tire. Jacob greeted me at the desk and let me know they could definitely help but wasn’t sure they could get me in today but they could set up an appointment for Monday. I asked if I could wait and he said of course. He also walked me over to my car to look at the tire and said he was pretty confident they could fix it. We walked back in and I had a seat in their comfortable waiting area. After only an hour, he called me and said it was fixed. Everyone was fantastic and even though they were already super busy, they fit me and got me back on the road. I’ll definitely be back. And it was all free!!!”
