i wouldnt suggest these people for a deaf person....crickets customer support after their signal was being trash told me the customer paying 60 a month that if i didnt like it to take my business elsewhere....in store people are good. customer support is a bunch of cross sea people with no respect for americans just a heads up.

Usually good service but I showed up today at 1pm, an hour past their posted opening time, and no one's here. Store is closed. Posted hours say 12-6pm today. No notices on the door or anything. Waited a good 20 minutes and still no one. Other people pulled up and left due to this as well.

After months of trying to get my problem solved, the manager here fixed it for me in no time, saved me a bunch of money, and even gave me some tips that got me set up better than before. Roy is the best! Definitely give this guy your business.

Stopped in to get a simple phone for my business. Austin helped me pick one that would fit my needs and was rated well. Austin was very helpful and I was signed up and ready to go in just a few minutes. I used Cricket before when I was needing a work phone and was pleased. I love that I can save $5 off my bill each month by using autopay. Thanks Austin!

The employee that was working the entire store was so nice and very knowledgeable of the products and services her company was offering. The phone selection was small and unimpressive, but their prices were amazing! Not sold on the service yet... I will let you know.

This store is really run down, they used to care how it looked but now it's dirty inside. The carpet is clean but the windows and the corners are dirty, and you can just tell they do only the minimum to keep it clean. If you are worried about Covid I would avoid that store and shop online. The accessories there must be made from gold they are so expensive. I gave them 2 stars only because the one employee they have manning the place now, she was very nice but I could tell she really hated it there. If you have great management / Owners you have great employees with a great attitude, unfortunately the luster has clearly faded.
