Mason at Cricket on McKinley is very knowledgeable and helpful. He got the data off of my brother’s “TOTALLY DEAD” phone and was able to transfer it to a new phone, and also informed me about Cricket’s new “International Plans.” Great customer service.

I wish I learned the woman’s name but she was super helpful with what we needed to do to bypass the “SIM Required” prompt upon iPhone set up. We are not cricket customers but she gives Cricket a great reputation with her willingness to help and get us situated!
