I have had issues on numerous occasions of money coming up missing from my account with the charges made in a state I’ve never even been too - they say they’ll investigate, but I’ve never gotten a dime in return. I do get overdraft fees, sometimes doubled even tripled, depending on what they feel like. I have requested that my account be closed because they kept charging me more overdraft fees every single week they won’t close it because I owe money they keep charging me more than I can pay. It’s quite ridiculous. I switch to chase bank and I’m much happier.

Disappointed. I went there for an interview only to be shown that is definitely not the work environment I want for myself. The manager talks badly about her own staff and their work when they should be a team. Micromanagement and controlling does not create growth. I hope those CSR's find something better

I have never had so much difficulty cashing checks or even depositing them and having available funds than I have had with this bank. They told me legitimate checks from the State of Indiana Tax Refund Dept needed me to pay $6.50 to their verification system to make sure the check was real. I have worked in banks before and that is ridiculous to me. They put a week long hold on a $1,000 check from my grandparents estate, because they weren’t sure the funds would clear from the estate account. I showed them letters from lawyers and everything to prove there is literally no reason for that insanely long of a hold. A day, 3 day hold? Sure I could see that. But a week long hold over the weekend, so with no business days it was about 10 days on hold total… for $1,000. So stupid. I’d had bigger checks from that same estate account the last two years since my grandparents passed away and the holds were never that long for the larger amounts.My husband had a business account, and we had our personal accounts with 53, and within the last two weeks with all these issues going on, we have never closed our accounts faster. On top of that, when trying to voice our frustrations and concerns, their customer service and branch managers did not do a single thing to even TRY to keep us or even hear feedback. In all the jobs I’ve worked, I’ve never seen such nonchalant customer service like that.

Horrible customer service. Had direct deposit which they didn't process until following day. Then charged nearly $150 in over draft fees!

Discriminates against handicap people didn't have a account my client needed change for a 20 asked them politely they said no sorry and stopped listening will never get a account at any of your bank very disgusted would give no stars
