I've only been in the store...well twice now. And have gotten nothing but wonderful costumer service. Had an exchange today, they didn't have any questions with only a digital receipt.

Go to the one near the food court. The mgr went above and beyond to fix an issue that she didnt have to fix, she made us happy and we will be coming only to this location for now on. She had good integrity was polite and that is a major thing for us. Go here for custom pieces too they can help.

Really the only place to buy hats that are good in Mishawaka, they have a wide variety of products to choose from! I'm sure you'll find something you love here!
