“I’ve shopped off the American Eagle app quite a few times for my son but this time I decided to shop for myself but of course I struck out with a pair of jogging pants that were like a very very very rough feeling I can’t think of the exact word but I’ve never felt something so rough in clothing before but if I would have read the reviews I wouldn’t have this problem but I’ll make sure to never make this mistake again. I love their clothes and I did buy a hoodie from A& E and it was a clearance find but nonetheless it’s such a beautiful blue color. They took the jogging pants back without any issues and I got the opportunity to walk the mall since I hardly ever get to the mall anymore. A& E is very clean the customer service was great and very friendly.”

“So I had saved up to buy a new Driver and have been working a bunch of hours. I got to the store at opening and an Employee named Quinn helped me right away. Let me hit the drivers that I asked and left me to poke around. Quinn was high energy, understanding, and patient. Wanna give props to him for hooking it up!!!”

“Great sporting good store for lower end brand products, as opposed to higher end products. For example, just want a plastic or blow up kayak, bundled with a vest and some paddles, on some sort of franchise advertised special - then they are perfect! Want a well made wood or kevlar kayak, by one of the high end companies, and are willing to pay more for the product, then you would go somewhere else. I would call them the K-mart or Walmart of the sporting good stores, not the Macys :).”

“If you don’t know what you need Noe asks how you play. Fast, moderate, slow swing. How much pace you put on the ball, etc. Then he recommends the appropriate strings, tension, etc. His prices are very reasonable. And a visit is a pleasure because he’s just a downright nice gentleman!”

“I came in yesterday and it was extremely busy but the staff was more then helpful and was getting to everyone. They had an incident with a very unruly customer and a pregnant lady handled it very professional. If your customers had more patience other customers experience would be better.”

“I normally don't go into Lids, but I figured I'm at the mall so, why not? The employee was friendly, and talked to us about the different types of hats they had and the organization of the hats (which is 80% sports). He does have an embroidery sewing machine on site to quick make any hat your heart desires. You could walk out of the store with a hat that has your name if you felt like it, which is pretty neat. I didn't realize that was something Lids offered, and that definitely deserves a shout out so others can know about it too. I'd also like to say, I love that a place that only sells hats exists and stays open. There aren't as many specialty stores that are so specific and stay open so I can only imagine they get people who swear by their hats and come in all the time. I just might become one of those people.”

“Go to the one near the food court. The mgr went above and beyond to fix an issue that she didnt have to fix, she made us happy and we will be coming only to this location for now on. She had good integrity was polite and that is a major thing for us. Go here for custom pieces too they can help.”
