“The day before the July 4th holiday and the wonderful lady was the only one working. It was busy and she apologized for the wait. The phone was ringing constantly. She handled everything with grace and a smile. We go in every so often usually a holiday nearby. Great product and price. I know no one wants to drive to find out their favorite drink isn't available but during a holiday maybe go in don't call”

Sunshine always asks how things are going and is helpful with finding just what you're looking for. The selection of tequila, wine, whiskey, and beer is the best in the area! Location is always clean and organized with what seems like new things each time we get a chance to stop.”

“Amazing service... management will call Blarney Stone Stores in the area to find certain liquor if they do not have it in stock. She will send a driver to pick it up and have it back in the store on Union so it is ready for pick up! I call her my "doctor" because she has "meds." to heal!!! Truly amazing customer service!”
“Unlike their other store, which used to be Max's Liquor, this one actually has genuinely courteous clerks. That remember your favorite products. At the other end of the spectrum about 4 miles West of this one there is a large lady that claims to be the Manager. Countless times I've went in to the old Max's liquor store and attempted to purchase lottery tickets and pay with my debit card. The large lady must not believe in the practice. Denied with a grimace. As a CX professional, I would remove that lady from her position post haste. The customer experience is a very important instance. There have been other unrelated instances involving this woman. She's just not a nice person.”
