Have been buying from the Loft for years. This location while a bit smaller then the others I've shopped on the East Coast, was quite well stocked!Staff was all quite helpful and friendly.The displays were all neat and nicely folded.The store was clean too.The bench in the dressing room could desperately use being reupholstered.

Purchased quite a few cloths for Holly there today. Both staff members were very helpful and professional. Felt like a 5 star place. Service was top notch. Will return for fall cloths.

Very disappointed with experience!! 40% off signs said "entire" purchase, but anything that was on sale (not clearance) still wasn't 40% off. Clerk said it was Included and manager said she couldn't do anything about it
