“Today I had an appointment to try on dresses for my wedding. I was looking specifically for a black dress and the store didn't have many options. However, Nate was great! He made sure to find basically every black dress they had for me to try. He even brought white dresses that had the features I liked best. He truly was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you, Nate!”
“Tim was so helpful and asked all the right questions. We picked out a few shoes and insoles until we found the best fit. I limped into the store and wearing my new Hokas on my way out I wasn’t limping. “I don't know the gentleman's name who helped my family today, around 3pm (on 8/2).My daughter is autistic and was melting down when we got in the store. He quickly responded! He immediately understood and helped her work through the meltdown to pick out a pair of shoes. THEN he had them, and a second pair she liked, in her size, ready to go faster than I could say thank you.He went out of his way to get her a sticker and get her excited. He put it on her arm and had her smiling and laughing like a meltdown was never there!She was a happy kid walking out of there, 100 percent thanks to his quick efforts and calming energy. All in under 8 minutes.If you're reading this, thank you so much for what you did for my daughter today. You didn't have to be so understanding. But you turned around a massive meltdown and I got to continue having a great day with my kiddo. That is worth so much more than a few pairs of school shoes.I can't say thank you enough. “I must admit that the buckle is my favorite men’s clothing store. I drive from Michigan just to shop at the Buckle. The sales associates are always fantastic, friendly and are interactive with the shopping experience. Perhaps the best time to go is when the store first opens - no waiting ?”

“I just wanted to give a shout out to the sales associate who helped me out today. I had an 8 item order shipped to this store and something happened to where only 3 items were actually shipped. She got on the phone with customer support for me and waited 20ish minutes for someone to answer. She helped me re-order my items and was so sweet and amazing through it all. I didn't catch her name unfortunately. But it was today (Wednesday June 3rd, 2026) around 11:30am. She deserves a 10 star ⭐ rating!”

This location while a bit smaller then the others I've shopped on the East Coast, was quite well stocked!Staff was all quite helpful and friendly.The displays were all neat and nicely folded.The store was clean too.The bench in the dressing room could desperately use being reupholstered.”

“A family member of mine worked for this establishment for 6 months to be investigated for fraudulent money being received by a cashier, not the sales rep, who is my family member (the sales rep, that did not touch or receive the cash for this interaction). It was over $200 in sales that my family member attempted to assist with, as the sales rep on the floor. Upon being investigated, management still allowed my family member to clock in and work for 4 hours; then dismissed them from their shift for the remainder of the day upon the investigation of them and the working cashier for the entire interaction. This information could have been given prior to my family member (not to mention, a teenager) arriving for their shift. Upon this disappointing experience, my family member decided to resign from the position; as it was their first time in the working field. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Would not shop, or recommend.”

“Went to the mall looking for pants for work yesterday, and the Tillys, staff were the first store to interact with the customers not their cell phones. Everyone was very friendly, the young lady who helped me went above and beyond, (unfortunately, I didn't get her name), even helping me figure out my size. I will definitely be back for more.”

“This is the one and only shoe store you need to visit. I bought a pair of Hoka shoes on my own from another shoe store near by. The only assistance I received at the time was for payment. I wore the shoes for 2 days and they killed my feet. The moment I left the store with the shoes, they said so, no refunds. I was out $170.
I decided to try Fleet Feet to see as I had heard some positive buzz. It was very busy. I was greeted and helped in less than 15 minutes. The Gentleman there assisted me in determining my needs for shoes, beyond just what size I am. The technology they have to truly dial in your foot and shoe needs are phenomenal. The shape and walking gait of my feet were determined and multiple pairs of shoes were brought out to trial. The employee had extensive knowledge on every pair of shoe and why I may like them. I got to walk around and see how they felt before deciding on a pair. I was also told I get 30 days to really trial them out and I cant tell you how much of a relief that is after my own blunder. After it was all said and done, I paid LESS for my new, amazing shoes plus all the services I had just gone through.
