“Once again I have to stop in and leave a five-star review for my favorite shop in the county. My tire pressure was low and I was unable to fill it at the gas station, but I had a long drive ahead of me. I called Rothrock and asked if they would be able to look at the tire quickly and they promised to work it into the morning. Even though my tire was repaired about an hour later, they still took care of every other person in the waiting room before it was my turn. I felt like my problem was a priority for them, but it was clear they were honoring their prior customers. I really appreciated the price, the kindness, the service, and the efficiency. I was able to get on the road and make my drive safely, only a little late to my meeting. I still was able to conduct my business and do it safely because I really trust the crew and owners at Rothrock.”

“Scheduled service for an oil change/tire rotation first thing in morning, which it took about an hour and 15 minutes. Not bad service, but just know it takes over an hour for a 10 minute job if you're going to wait.”

“We were traveling and stayed at a nearby hotel. The next morning we learned the key fob to our truck did not work. Seeing the dealership I walked down to ask if they could help. The parts department looked at my fob and found it not responding to the test box. They called to order new batteries to be delivered. When the batteries arrived this did not fix the problem. They let me know that auto makers have a "secret" places to put the fob and it will work if faulty or no battery. Mind you this is a Chevy dealer and I have a Ford. They did not care about brands and were more than willing to help. We found the secret and we're back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you to all of the guys in the parts department who took an interest in helping out.”
“I had an unexpected flat tire and stopped at this gas station to change it. The owner is so sweet he just happened to be coming by and changed my tire and even used one of his floor jacks from the attached garage. This man has a kind heart and we need to support his business!”
