“Once again I have to stop in and leave a five-star review for my favorite shop in the county. My tire pressure was low and I was unable to fill it at the gas station, but I had a long drive ahead of me. I called Rothrock and asked if they would be able to look at the tire quickly and they promised to work it into the morning. Even though my tire was repaired about an hour later, they still took care of every other person in the waiting room before it was my turn. I felt like my problem was a priority for them, but it was clear they were honoring their prior customers. I really appreciated the price, the kindness, the service, and the efficiency. I was able to get on the road and make my drive safely, only a little late to my meeting. I still was able to conduct my business and do it safely because I really trust the crew and owners at Rothrock.”
“Noah is a very friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. Everytime I have ever needed him to work on my car he gets me in as quickly as possible. He explains to me the issues my car is having and what he needs to do to fix it. He's never failed me. “Scheduled service for an oil change/tire rotation first thing in morning, which it took about an hour and 15 minutes. Not bad service, but just know it takes over an hour for a 10 minute job if you're going to wait.”
“I had an appointment to have my battery checked and when I got there the service manager had already pulled up the information on the percentage of life left in my old battery . The price of the new battery including installation and reprogramming the computer was about the same price as just a battery from the local parts stores . Very satisfied”
“Bought a duramax truck here, higher mileage but price was still pretty good in my opinion. Guy went with us on the test drive and had no issue with me pushing it hard on the road and making sure everything was running good. No pressure from anyone in there, free sodee pop. All in all happy with the truck and the service.”

“Great business to work with. Had a couple trucks in our fleet I was having issues getting problems resolved elsewhere. They got them both taken care of. I also had a truck stranded in a driveway on a hill with the boom rotated completely behind the truck. First tech out from another business said there was nothing they could do and my options of getting the boom stowed and truck removed from the drive were not looking good. Called them for a second opinion and they got the truck running again for us. Definitely will be using them in the future. Thanks for your help!”
