“I had a wonderful experience at Twin Lakes. I had called and spoke to Blaine, and set up an appointment with him. Blaine was very helpful and friendly. There was no pressure or rush in purchasing a vehicle. The manager Seth made the transition process easy.
I definitely recommend Twin Lakes for anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.”
“A bit pricey, but what isn't now days. Pretty quick service. Friendly. Found a nail in the sidewall. Didn't have our size, so ordered a new tire and had it fixed the next day.”
“Once again I have to stop in and leave a five-star review for my favorite shop in the county. My tire pressure was low and I was unable to fill it at the gas station, but I had a long drive ahead of me. I called Rothrock and asked if they would be able to look at the tire quickly and they promised to work it into the morning. Even though my tire was repaired about an hour later, they still took care of every other person in the waiting room before it was my turn. I felt like my problem was a priority for them, but it was clear they were honoring their prior customers. I really appreciated the price, the kindness, the service, and the efficiency. I was able to get on the road and make my drive safely, only a little late to my meeting. I still was able to conduct my business and do it safely because I really trust the crew and owners at Rothrock.”
“Noah is a very friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. Everytime I have ever needed him to work on my car he gets me in as quickly as possible. He explains to me the issues my car is having and what he needs to do to fix it. He's never failed me. And Katie is always friendly as well as professional working with your schedule as well as Noah's to get you taken care of as quickly as can be. Highly recommend!!!”
“Great experience with the tow truck driver, unloaded my truck in the perfect spot and was no problem for him even though two other companies wouldn’t touch it.”
“My dodge blow a head gasket. While working out of town . They quoted a reasonable price . After all the work was done and completed. They beat the the original quote. I am extremely satisfied with the work . I world highly recommended them .”
“Bought a duramax truck here, higher mileage but price was still pretty good in my opinion. Guy went with us on the test drive and had no issue with me pushing it hard on the road and making sure everything was running good. No pressure from anyone in there, free sodee pop. All in all happy with the truck and the service.”

“Scheduled service for an oil change/tire rotation first thing in morning, which it took about an hour and 15 minutes. Not bad service, but just know it takes over an hour for a 10 minute job if you're going to wait.”
“Dino is the absolute BEST mechanic I've EVER had work on my vehicles. He is knowledgeable, does great work, he is very reliable, and has extremely good prices for the work quality of work that he does.
I'll gladly make the drive from Indy as long as he's open and operating! This will be the only mechanic that I'll bring my vehicles to! Thank you, Dino! You're the BEST!”
“Great business to work with. Had a couple trucks in our fleet I was having issues getting problems resolved elsewhere. They got them both taken care of. I also had a truck stranded in a driveway on a hill with the boom rotated completely behind the truck. First tech out from another business said there was nothing they could do and my options of getting the boom stowed and truck removed from the drive were not looking good. Called them for a second opinion and they got the truck running again for us. Definitely will be using them in the future. Thanks for your help!”
“Vacation road trip and, just before we came into this little town, got a low tire pressure warning. We googled closest tire repair and was directed here. They couldn’t have been nicer - fixed our tire and had us back on the road in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this business. Thank you so, sir much!!”
“I had an unexpected flat tire and stopped at this gas station to change it. The owner is so sweet he just happened to be coming by and changed my tire and even used one of his floor jacks from the attached garage. This man has a kind heart and we need to support his business!”

“Our A/C stopped working on our long road trip from Wisconsin back home to Georgia in the middle of a heat advisory. We are traveling with our two young kids and were melting in the heat. Bob took us right in despite being very busy, recharged our A/C system, and got us back on the road. He even gave us a military discount. Definitely recommend going to this auto shop! He took great care of us.”
