“Pulled right in and started the service. The lady working the lead position was very until I denied having my air filter changed. At that point her attitude flipped 180 degrees and she was very short with answers and bordered on rude.”

“Once again I have to stop in and leave a five-star review for my favorite shop in the county. My tire pressure was low and I was unable to fill it at the gas station, but I had a long drive ahead of me. I called Rothrock and asked if they would be able to look at the tire quickly and they promised to work it into the morning. Even though my tire was repaired about an hour later, they still took care of every other person in the waiting room before it was my turn. I felt like my problem was a priority for them, but it was clear they were honoring their prior customers. I really appreciated the price, the kindness, the service, and the efficiency. I was able to get on the road and make my drive safely, only a little late to my meeting. I still was able to conduct my business and do it safely because I really trust the crew and owners at Rothrock.”
