“By no fault of Wagner's, my car was there for right around 6 months. There were some imperfections when I picked it up. I didn't address them because I wanted my car back (and only I see them). Everybody I interacted with was always helpful and courteous. Hands down the place I'll go if ever needed again.”
“Jake’s really went to bat for me with insurance. Insurance was only willing to cover an after-market bumper. Jake’s said it did not fit. They went back and got the right bumper covered. The paint matched perfectly and no one would ever know I had work done. I would absolutely go back and highly recommend them.”
“I ordered a pair of front rotors for my Equinox online last week. They arrived today so I went to pick them up. I was waited on by a nice young lady who brought my order out to the counter. She said they were not the rotors that I ordered because what I ordered were not a good product. As a result, she gave me a pair of better rotors at the same lower price I had paid. If that isn’t great customer service I don’t know what is. I highly recommend the Mooresville NAPA to anyone needing quality automotive parts. Thank you!”

“Kenny has always been super helpful and fair priced when we’ve used him in the past, though we fortunately haven’t had to go back in a while! And we don’t live as close as we used to. But we got several repairs, and he’s been friendly and prompt and even helped out with a small issue for free once when a heat shield needed a new screw to secure it (but we didn’t have a lift at home).”

“I called at least 5 dealers for Kioti and 10 for Stihl products within 100 miles of me. Haltom had the best prices and made it well worth the 2 hr. drive. Ryan and Jacob were very knowledgable and great to deal with. Two items had to be ordered and when they came in, the price had gone up slightly from what Ryan had quoted me. He honored the quoted price, which was very much appreciated. This is a great dealership they will get my repeat business even though they are nowhere near being the closest.”
“I needed a battery, but needed the purchase to be quick, because I was busy, so after comparing prices (core charge too), I picked Advanced Auto (as I always do for parts!). But since moving to the Mooresville area this was my first time at this location. The website seemed to be updated and easier to edit my profile and make the purchase online. I really liked that. I liked the inventory available and didn't mind paying $50ish more for a better battery. In-store, I was in and out in less the 2mins with the helpful gentlemen behind the counter. Returning the old battery two days later (with my receipt) was even easier and just as fast. Friendly staff and I even had the pleasure of meeting the new General Manager there. Cool guy who only wants the best for the store and the community. I'll be back this Spring for brakes and rotors!”

“Very friendly staff and convenient. Prices are in line with what you would expect and they offer a point reward program. Speedway has many locations around the Indianapolis area and the towns around. They also offer free drinks after so many purchases and that resets and starts over and I think it's after every 7 purchases but I'm not exactly sure on that number. They are located in many States which makes it easy to use their point program when traveling.”
