He went above an beyond his duties to find me this lite fixture an listen to my stories ? afterwards. This employee I encountered at Menards was been absolutely amazing. Kudos to Jordan for a job well performed. I love Menards. I wish other hardware stores had this type of customer service, which is fading fast in today's world. Keep up the good work .”

“We came in for Milwaukee tools but couldn’t find them. We ran into Kevin and asked him. He told us they didn’t sell them at their store but told us who does and even looked it up to make sure he was correct. He was very friendly and let us know that Dewalt in his opinion was right up there with Milwaukee. We’re set on Milwaukee so we decided to go to Ace because he said whenever Lowe’s doesn’t have something, he goes to Ace and they’re always knowledgeable of their products. Kevin needs a raise!! His name tag said 3 year service star award, a sales associate, and Tool World!”
