“I was on a three week motorcycle trip when my motorcycle developed issues. No speedometer, no lights on the instrument display. I stopped at a dealer who checked the bike over and assured me it was safe to ride home (almost 300 miles) . I left this dealer and less than 40 miles later my bike was dead on the side of the road. I had it towed to Benson Motorcycle Inc. These guys are the best of the best. They diagnosed the issue. They were able to get the necessary parts to fix my bike and had me on the road the next day. They are so kind and professional. I couldn't ask for better treatment. Thank you to Devin and his crew for the excellent care they provided. Keep up the good work.

“I stopped in to purchase front windshield wipers and a rear wiper for my vehicle. When I arrived, all the cashiers were assisting other customers, so I waited briefly — no more than 2–3 minutes — before being greeted by Brandon.
After explaining what I needed, Brandon quickly researched what was in stock and walked me through several options at different price points. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various types of windshield wipers available and helped me choose the best quality option within my budget.
I asked if he could assist with installation, and without hesitation he grabbed his coat and came outside. He installed the wipers promptly and professionally. During the process, we had a pleasant conversation, and he shared what he enjoys about working at O’Reilly’s. It was refreshing to meet someone who is not only knowledgeable and friendly, but genuinely a good person with great energy.

“Not knowing of any place to take my car, I went to Gerber Collision today on a recommendation from another business. I was so pleasantly surprised at the kindness and quick attention given to my car.
My car had been bumped into by a golf cart and had some marks on it. I went to Gerber Collision in Muncie, Indiana to see if I could purchase some kind of product to take care of the marks.
This is where I was became very happy that I found the right place! Margaret, the nice lady behind the desk started explaining what I needed to do, when another nice lady, Angela, said that she wanted to take a look at it. She said that she would see what she could do. She came back with some product and started working on the marks as best she could. She then went to get Tyler who took my car into the shop and finished getting off the marks. When I asked how much and offered to pay, Angela refused and said she did not want any payment. Wow!! They were all so kind and helpful. I promised that I would spread the word about their business and how they treat customers!

“These guys were absolutely amazing. Someone backed into me and hit the jam between my front passenger and rear door on a truck that I had barely bought 6 months ago. When I bought the truck there were scratches around the emblem that were already there, not even near where the accident damage was and STILL repairs those scratches on top on the damage that originally brought me in. The estime was literally 1 dollar away from the estimate they gave. I dropped my truck off Sunday night and by Thursday it was ready to pick up. This shop is not only honest but near perfect in terms of estimate and timeliness. Would absolutely recommend this place!!”
