Best Western Muncie offers a clean and well-maintained stay close to Ball State University and local restaurants. Guests appreciate the quiet atmosphere, with some mentioning the convenient location for campus visits and orientation. The hotel features updated amenities, including a nice pool and a good shower, though the pool was sometimes closed. The rooms are generally clean with hard floors, but some find the mattresses worn and uncomfortable. Breakfast options are limited, with some guests enjoying the pancake machine while others find it lacking. The staff is friendly and helpful, often accommodating special requests like late check-out. Overall, visitors find the hotel pleasant and convenient, though minor issues like towels and mattress comfort are noted. Despite small inconveniences, many guests leave satisfied with their stay, praising the helpful staff and the hotel's cleanliness.

Although there is no elevator, they did accommodate my need for a first floor room, which I appreciated. The room was clean and roomy. If I come back to Muncie I will use this property again.
