Great customer service with front desk rep. He was awesome! Room could have been cleaned a little better but overall, I enjoyed my stay! Location was great due to family attending Ball State University.

Grandchildren very dissappoited with temp of pool water( very cold) and room of pool was chilly. Not pleasant enough to swim.

We have been in a number of hotels throughout the years, and this one is by far the cleanest. Unbelievable levels of service are provided by the manager and his fantastic team. Their training is second to none, and I would suggest them to any hotel in the world.
