“Overall, I have had a positive experience with Safelite twice. Why not a five star? Fast scheduling, though the telephone people seemed to be pretty new trainees as it took them a long time to figure out their processes as if they were new. Service on the phone then = 3 yet I am optimistic they will get a lot better.

As I left and drove five blocks, the rear view mirror drooped. When I tried to adjust it, it fell off in my hand.

I drove back, the ellow at the front desk dropped everything and raced to my car to get it back in the shop to be repaired.
