The walkways inside were always clean of trash and dirt.

Least my unit online, got it all done, paid for as the website said, I did not even have to talk to the representative... I did this on a Saturday and on Sunday went to take possession of my unit so I could put the contents of my U-Haul in and lo and behold .......?!?! the store is closed Sunday?! ..... no problem with that! except for they closed half of the storage facility until until further notice!!!!!?! from 8:30 to 5:30 everyday except for they are closed on Sundays,.. and no access granted to the particular building on the site.... not what my rental agreement says ,,, and I'm out 68 bucks for a U-Haul that I had to keep a full extra day, because I could not get into my unit.. and to top it all off.. never got a phone call back after I talk to the live chat Guy twice and they assured me they would call within 30 minutes, very bad experience....lost money .....lost time.... lost patience....way to leave a good first impression

Pros:
Ashley was always super helpful and friendly. A great employee. If it wasn't for Ashley being so nice and helpful, I'd have only given this place a 2 or 3 star rating.
Plenty of parking.
On site dumpsters
Hours of access were good
Cons:
Self described as climate controlled, but after Cubesmart took over ownership, storage was superhot during summer, and cold in winter. Climate controlled must mean there's a roof overhead.
We'd drive by after hours and see the outside security access door stuck wide open on several occasions on both storage buildings, with no customers around. We'd stop and push them shut.
At times the moving dollies were nowhere to be found
Bathroom stunk.
Many of the overhead lights did not work, had no bulbs. Had to take out own flashlights.
Main gripe is that when Cubesmart took over ownership last year, my monthly storage rate increased from around $150 to $190. I would have moved my stuff immediately, but had too much to move again to another facility. It seems that when Cubesmart took over, quality went down, but prices went wayyyy up. Finally got moved out of there

I recommend CubeSmart to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. I have rented here twice and have always had a good experience. I loved that the unit is climate controlled and is cheaper than other climate controlled units I have looked at. The property manager Ashley is absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Experienced an issue with our unit. The manager on site worked hard to correct it and found a new unit for us that worked out even better. Space is clean, secure, and exactly what we needed.

Very reliable and responsive staff and impressive security measures, but be sure to get a unit on the 1st floor. Company should consider adding elevators.

This place is a joke. They lie to you and they deceive you and book your storage facilities anywhere but here. I booked a Storage facility for my daughters college in early April and I got an email that said I did not have to do anything except show up on the day and pay, then low and behold they canceled my reservation, charged me almost 3 times as much as what was it was booked for and moved us to facility 15 minutes away from the one I had booked it at! This place is a freaking joke. Don’t ever book there. They’re top-notch claim that they’re top-notch in Customer service is a freaking lie. After this summer, I will never use this place again literally horrible
