Staff do a good job with shipping, though upselling on boxes has been noted. Drivers receive compliments for being authentically nice and accommodating, with one going out of their way to return for a redelivery to ensure a package was received. FedEx Ground is noted as faster to more locations than competitors.
For a couple years, they had a lot of trouble getting packages to the destination on time. They have gotten a lot better lately.

The person who shipped my stuff try to upsale me a box as they said it could get stolen. I was sending it to samsung. So if it got stolen not my issue as I have proof I shipped it. Not to mention I don't have box shipping money. They did good job though and got it there.

Parking and lighting is very limited. Nice staff.....very basic shipping needs.
