“Great place to shop. Other than a stock boy that knew he was just a stock being so rude the place was great. Clean and uncluttered. The other employees were very friendly and helpful. Prices were unbelievable. Sure the tools aren't the greatest but if it breaks you get a new one without the hassle from other stores. They do offer some really good tools and they are priced that regular people can afford without having to get a loan for it.”

“We went to a few Lowe's looking for a Christmas tree. The Muncie store had the tree we wanted but it was the display tree outside, Abigail I believe was her name made and saved our family Christmas tree trip by getting us that display tree. She was so kind and friendly. Thanks to her my wife has the tree she was looking for.”

“They are very helpful people but have somewhat limited supply. They were not able to help me on this project but have helped me on lots of projects over the years. Great place and resource to the community. Pricing is a little out of hand”
