“Bought A 72 inch toolbox. Cause I'm a big diesel mechanic the toolbox was horribly packed. I mean, this thing was in bad shape. Scratches, and dents everywhere my wife and I called them and they gave us 2 options bringing the box back or they would make it right.
A very good customer service.I just wish the box was in better shape. You spend that kind of money you hope the thing looks amazing. It's probably the last toolbox, a guy my age will ever buy. And now i'm kinda stuck with a toolbox with scratches and dents. All over it forever, but it is a toolbox and toolboxes are not meant to be beautiful !! I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL THE EMPLOYEES FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ARGUMENTS, NO, NOTHING. JUST LOOKED AT ALL THE PICTURES AND MADE IT RIGHT !! I wish more places had great customer service. There used to be a thing called respect for the customer. And at harbor freight, they have it !”
“The gentleman associate was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind to come outside and look at my son’s dirt bike to see what size screw he was missing on his brakes. He also helped us find proper screws for my son’s model rockets launch tower.”
“The staff at this location are knowledgeable and very helpful. An item on sale was not ringing up properly, but the manager was eager to correct the issue for a quick and easy resolution.”
“Love this store. My go to store for any tools, or home improvement items I may need. Workers are so nice and helpful. Very good vibes and atmosphere in this store. Especially love their Christmas display during Christmas. Awesome”
“Went in looking for a single special Electrical terminal knowing that it would be under five dollars in value and the salesman at the counter took time to find me one and get me going without a complaint kudos to the Sales staff that’s willing to go the extra mile!”
“Five stars for the Muncie Tractor Supply! What really sets this location apart is the staff. Every single employee is friendly and eager to help—they treat finding what you came in for like it’s their #1 priority. I always make sure to check their sales bins because you can constantly find awesome deals. If you're out shopping for fall, make sure to check out their Halloween decor while you're there—it's surprisingly wonderful and really stands out from other stores.”
“Stopped by Lowe’s right before close, Jordan was great! We’ve experienced flood conditions in the area and needed equipment immediately. The staff was helpful and they had needed equipment on hand. Good parking and nice facility.”

“We went to a few Lowe's looking for a Christmas tree. The Muncie store had the tree we wanted but it was the display tree outside, Abigail I believe was her name made and saved our family Christmas tree trip by getting us that display tree. She was so kind and friendly. Thanks to her my wife has the tree she was looking for.”
