“My mom stays here every time she comes to Muncie to visit family. She always says how nice the staff is and is really friendly. My wife passed away, and that was the reason for this stay. I went to help my mom check in and carried in her and my aunts luggage. The place was super clean and quiet. I went to pay for an extra night as my mom books the room in advance every time she comes. The lady knows my mom by name, and when she finds out the reason for the visit, she starts to tear up and asks for a hug. Thank you so much for the kind words you shared with me and my family. Sadly, I don't remember your name, but if you read this. Thank you”

“Went to freshman orientation at Ballstate it was definitely convenient to campus .room are a bit small, but our updated pool looked amazing but we didn't get to use it didn't get to try the breakfast either”

“Wonderful staff! Clean, crisp, modern, spacious rooms! Pool has been open during my 35+ stays. Nice indoor gym & on-site laundry room. Coffee is actually fairly good, and the continental breakfast is well stocked, clean, plenty of options to cover all guests' liking. Perfect location in every aspect including the nearby restaurant options which are super tasty! For guests' convenience there's also a Walmart, Village Pantry gas station, and a Walgreens to cover any & all possibly needed items!!”

So is Wal-Mart. 2 gas stations. And medical facility, is also nearby.

“Quality Inn has definitely stepped up their game in the last year. The prices are extremely competitive. The room we were given was clean, and everything worked how it was supposed to. The staff is friendly and helpful. Steve at the front desk is a professional in the hospitality industry. He went above and beyond to accommodate. Can't wait until the pool opens. We will be more than happy to stay here in the future.”

“Really nice hotel. The only reason for deducting a star was for the awful food and service from the bar in the main lobby area.
My sister ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. She was the only person at the bar and it took 45 minutes. Then when she did receive it the sandwich was cold. It also tasted awful. What's even more insane is that it costed like $16.
Overall great hotel, just don't get the food from the bar.
I do want to note not to confuse the bar with the restaurant attached to the hotel. The restaurant is fabulous.”
