“I needed an update on my T-Mobile internet box. Cody and Mandi were extremely helpful in getting me what I needed. When I called customer support to set up the new box at home they weren't as friendly as the Muncie store was. So, I went back to the Muncie store and both Mandi and Cody remembered me right away and finished completing my issues. Super professional and I would highly recommend!”
“I get my Amazon orders delivered there because I don't trust UPS drivers not to steal my stuff. I always order a large bottle of Tylenol PM & 1 time the UPS driver stole it out of the package & slid the empty envelope under my door. Called UPS to complain & they weren't interested in hearing about it. Boost Mobile acts as a pickup hub for Amazon & they're really close to home for me. So glad I have that option!!”
