Austin is great help! He worked via with me on getting the frontier figured out. He was great, remained calm, offered other phone numbers and support, and was overall great to work with. Friendly and great customer service but they are ALWAYS slow when I have been in store. Lots of people sitting and waiting! Very very over priced as well!!
