She fixed it immediately by doing a system software update. Now, twice I took it to where I get service for the phone, and they said everything was fine. It was not. When I first went to Stacey, there was a man there who was getting his phone fixed and he did not have service with Stacey either. Stacey is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. “What a surprisingly pleasant and efficient interaction at the AT&T store in Muncie, IN! My bill had crept up to unreasonable and it was time to make an adjustment back to budget. Mike at the McGalliard store did an EXCELLENT job listening to why I came into the store, addressed my requests with a “yes” and did not question or argue with me. He handled business professionally. Would definitely do business at this store again!”
