Very rude refused to schedule an appointment to explain concerns about situation. I was advised I could show up and talk to them about questions through the front window. Asked to speak with a supervisor was also refused and again referred to the window.

Only gave it one star so I could post but it gets ZERO STARS!!!!! I’m not sure how the lady still has her job… but Was at this office gettin things done for my son and watched them treat an old man horribly the lady told him to shut up and then closed the metal window in his face Would not help him at all until he started to record how they was doing him It was very sad how he was being treated by this lady! I also had to have my bank call and get forms faxed from there which I was told they could do by one of the men who work there when I called before having to drive all the way over there…well when my bank teller calls the same rude lady that shut the window on the old man answered and said no and hung up on my bank!!! She really needs to go on somewhere cause I would hate to be that miserable! I can’t remember her name but as soon as I do I’m reporting her because it is just ridiculous how she treats people that are just tryin to get help !I would recommend just going to a different office because this one is horrible unless you get put with one of them that actually wants to help you and do their job!

Walked in to ask a couple of questions about Part C, Advantage Plans. The agent at Window #3 didn't know ANYTHING about Part C, only A and B. Told me to call the 800 number. Sounds like somebody slept through, missed or needs to go back for a refresher coarse in SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION PART C.

LINDA was the rudest person that my family had to deal with. screaming & yelling at my little brother. She needs fired. Cannot believe she is even employed. By far the worst person my family has ever dealt with.

Never answer the phone, want to hold documents hostage for extended periods of time( drivers licenses etc. In an unmonitored drop off box) like people are able to drive around for days at a time without it. I have had the worst experiences replacing cards for my daughter and I after ours were stolen. When you do actually get to talk to someone, they are RUDE! typical government run organization, always getting the run around and making it harder than it needs to be.

I'm only giving 4 star so I don't seem fake. Everybody who needs something from this place needs to go in person and stop complaining. I seen all the bad reviews and none of it is true. I had a fast easy experience these reviews is what really scared me.

if i could rate zero stars, i would.when i arrived for my appointment, the elderly couple scheduled before me said they couldnt get inside due to the locked doors- i also tried opening them.i called and told the receptionist the front door was locked and that we were here for our appointments. she denied it and was adamant they were unlocked and refused to even get up and check.my mother started getting irritated and the receptionist told me to "calm her down" before continuing to speak with her because it was "disrespectful" that my mother was getting agitated (ie. sighing, mumbling, asking me what's happening)she then hung up on me afterwards and refused to answer any of my calls.take my advice, drive to richmond ss office instead- you actually get treated kindly and respectfully there.

I went in for a name change. I arrived around 9:15 on a Tuesday. I was helped immediately. The process was smooth and the employee who helped me was polite and kind. Very pleased with today’s service.

This is the worst place you could go to get your social security card, on the paper on the door they told us to make an appointment but did not pick up the phone and there was no one even at the office other then the people working there and us waiting in the empty parking lot. They just didn't want to do there job, we called for over 45 minutes straight and couldn't even talk to one person.
