“Great customer service and really fashionable pieces. The first time I went there, I found a Burberry trench coat.
Prices are very affordable. Many jackets are sold for $4. They also have many sales. For example, yellow tags are half off ?
Only small inconvenience: they only accept cash.”
“I love shopping here, especially if I really have the time to go through stuff and find what I like. My point of view is that if you can't find something you want in Goodwill, you didn't look hard enough. My only complaint, and the reason for my 4 star instead of 5 star review, is that within the last year or so, they've started hiking up the prices on things unnecessarily. I can understand that prices have gone up everywhere, however, at the end of the day, you are still reselling used merchandise and shouldn't be treating it the same as brand new inventory.”
“Always able to find something I probably don't need. Today we found a few puzzles to pass the time during the next few days of cold weather.
The store is clean and employees are helpful and pleasant.
UPDATE 4/17/2026
Still friendly staff and clean building. Prices are noticeably higher than in the past, but still able to find a good deal sometimes.”

“Cashier's are really friendly and helpful. Prices are decent on a lot of items. Great delivery on items. Just wish I had looked inside of the washer I bought. Not really sure on how to return the item since it does not work and it's nearing the 2 week warranty mark. Since I paid for delivery to my house. And have no way of taking it back to the store.”
