“I love shopping here, especially if I really have the time to go through stuff and find what I like. My point of view is that if you can't find something you want in Goodwill, you didn't look hard enough. My only complaint, and the reason for my 4 star instead of 5 star review, is that within the last year or so, they've started hiking up the prices on things unnecessarily. I can understand that prices have gone up everywhere, however, at the end of the day, you are still reselling used merchandise and shouldn't be treating it the same as brand new inventory.”

“I'll start with that I considered Rob one of my good friends, and would still be there today to fight for him if the apocalypse happened.

I stayed there for over a year. Had great times with the Rob and all the vendors. All the way up until 5 autographed basketball jerseys were stolen from my booth, along with countless other things that slipped the eyes. After we got off the phone the day my jerseys disappeared, Rob asked for his rent no more than 20 minutes later. Right after $500 in jerseys walked out the door. Mind you, there's a non working camera looking right at them, that gets shut off every night, and every day they are closed. No way to catch thievery. That hurt my feelings man. That enraged me. How could you ask someone to pay rent who just got robbed because of his business's lack of security? I lost things due to a frozen pipe last winter, and flooded floors, all because the power gets shut off at night, no matter what. It's a joke, no disrespect. Terrible way to run your business. Security should always be first priority over money. No reason to purchase a camera and set it up, only to have them get shut off at night anyways. Anyone could break the glass and walk out with whatever they wanted, and nobody would know until morning. Changes need to be made.

All the things I wanted to do for your business, qacky inflatable tube men, more signs, more advertising, all the ideas I had, I hope you take them all and run with them. Make it better for your vendors. They deserve it. 5 stars because I forgive you brother”

“Always able to find something I probably don't need. Today we found a few puzzles to pass the time during the next few days of cold weather.
The store is clean and employees are helpful and pleasant.

Still friendly staff and clean building. Prices are noticeably higher than in the past, but still able to find a good deal sometimes.”
