Jazmin Brown at the Muncie, IN location was so helpful with a complicated upgrade and family plan change - she patiently walked through all options and helped me find the best plans & devices for my needs. She was responsive and followed up on all promised items. She went above and beyond and really did a great job - personally one of my best experiences in a retail setting in years. She made a big company like Verizon feel like a small business - where the customer experience matters, and the employees care about earning your future business. Make sure you retain and promote employees like Jazmin!

I was porting my phone from Mint to Verizon, and Eric helped me a ton. It took about two hours, not the fault of Verizon that I could tell, and he was so kind and patient through the process. He found me allll the discounts. He even gave me his cell so I could text him if I had questions later. I’m thrilled this is the store closest to my house. I will go back and see Eric if I ever need help!

Do not go to this store unless you want to be screwed over. My parents went in last week just to upgrade their phones. They were "helped" by Brett. He sold them the most expensive phone available, added perks to our account that they didn't ask for, and gave them next to nothing for their trade in leaving them paying the full amount for their phones, when they should have gotten $1000 credit towards each of their new phones (confirmed to me by Verizon customer service). I have tried calling multiple times and asking to speak directly to this store to get this resolved but every number just sends me to the corporate customer service. Brett should be the one to fix this since he's the one that so royally screwed up, but I have no way to get ahold of him. Don't waste your time with a Verizon store, just do your business online or over the phone with them. That way you don't have a sleezy salesman jacking your bill up over $100 a month!

They are really nice here and try their best to help with any questions I have. I am not into all the gadgets that come on my phone, but they help me understand as much as they can.

Terrible customer service. They rep gave me a new SIM card when I wanted an eSIM. Now I have a 4th dead SIM and have to get this "fixed" again. I'm canceling my lines.

Was given a call that my phone was eligible for a trade in offer. Went to my nearest Verizon store, here, and was told the offer was not available. With my mind set on getting a new phone, I got one anyways, and then asked if there is any trade-in value in general and was told a flat no. I just traded in my old phone for $180 through Apple, which is ridiculous when I should be able to trade it in through Verizon just the same.

I came in fresh from work and finding out my boyfriend (26) of 3 years and 11 days cheated on me with his 55 year old married coworker who has children his age and let me tell you what, the staff that were present on 3/13 didn’t make me feel ostracized if anything that made me feel comfortable and helped give me that confidence that I needed to get through this day. I was upset and I was frazzled and in fight or flight all day and the atmosphere and their banter with each other made me feel so much less on edge. I quickly got on my own phone plan and changed my number and was able to be on my way within 30 minutes. I wish I remembered their names to thank them personally but I can’t so i’m sorry about that. But you know who you are. Highly recommend this location.

Our daughter lives in Muncie and contacted us to say she was having an issue with her phone. I went straight to google to see if there was a Verizon store close to her or if we would need to go get the phone and take it over an hour away to our hometown. Google reviews looked good for this store so we took our chances. By random happenings we walked in and Eric was the next specialist available - I recognized his name from all the reviews so I was hopeful. Not only did Eric have our daughter's phone working in under 5 minutes, he also worked through some other issues we were having after a recent change in our plan. My husband appreciated that he spoke at our level when it came to the technology/terminology. When he didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he took a poll of the other specialist in the store to figure out the answer. When we left I told them next time we have an issue we might drive the extra hour from our hometown to Muncie as this is not the service we receive at home. Thanks Eric!

Came in to swap the wife’s phone plan to mine and brought our 16 month old into the store. We had to be there for longer than expected due to issues with swapping carries but the staff was super friendly, let our little man run around the store and have a good time. Each of them interacted with him and made us feel good and not like bothers. David was the main one who helped us.
