I'd been working with Brett for awhile deciding on which phone/plan I would be happy with and in my price range. I went in a couple different times, we talked about options and he happily printed and showed me the prices. He always listened to my concerns and helped me understand if I was confused about something. I decided on the phone I wanted and Brett assured me that this phone was great and had a good camera quality because I love using my camera and needed a good camera feature.The process went smoothly and quick. I originally did a pick-up order, because I hate going inside the store as it is usually a long process. When picking up my phone the store rep Stacie told me I had a huge deal that I missed because of it being online. She was very quick on giving me the run down, helped me with breaking down the new bill, and getting me some free devices! I highly recommend seeing Stacie (shes honest, quick, and was a pleasure to work with) visiting this store!!

Don't even bother going to this location. The only person that works here worth talking to is Taylor. The store manager, Eric, will go back and forth with you about your issue, but in the end just try to sell you insurance or a new device. You may be referred to YouBreakIFix, but they won't take what they say about your hardware as fact and will stay say the issue isn't Verizon. No attempt whatsoever to actually help just a slip of paper with an 800 number to call about the issue. When you press him to do his job he will argue with you until you have been going back and forth so long you're angry. This is what he wants because the moment you use any angry words or profanity, they just kick you out.There is a location by YouBreakIFix that is much more professional and willing to help - despite being a "retail only" location. Ask for Jeff there and skip the undoubtedly horrible experience you will receive at this location next to Marsh.

I really dont like this location. They would not address my issues, and would get an attitude when i questioned them or asked for their names. One employee chilling leaning over fhe tech with his ipad for the servers. Hed pop in and say some extra stuff too.The other location in muncie wont provide any puk info for your sim card, so if you get locked out. Be prepared to buy a new phone or drive to another city. Top down selling is the strategy they use. All their add ons you pay for somewhere or any company nowadays sells the info collected. Like the celluar service but i cant tolerate unprofessional manipulative behavior.

Made an appointment online to change our plan, remove items and buy a new screen protector. When I showed for the appt I was told I had to call a "800" loyalty number to do everything I wanted. Why hadn't they read my needs for the appt before I arrived and saved me time and money. Snotty uncaring staff. Do not waste your time with this storefront. !!Waste of my time. And yours...

David and Audria were so helpful. I've had the same account for about 30 years and recently picked up a new iPhone 14, and had nothing but problems with it getting it set up. All my voicemails somehow got shut off and so did my texting in the account. They were extremely helpful and got everything resolved in a matter of 15-20 minutes. I came in right before closing and they stayed for 25 minutes over to make sure my problem was resolved. I own a few businesses and experienced firsthand quality service and actual work ethic!. An extra effort makes a huge difference. These two went the extra mile when I'm pretty sure they could've told me they were closing. there was no manager around that I was aware of to see them go the extra mile. They did it just because it was the right thing to do and did a terrific job. For this reason I'm taking the time to say thank you and job well done!

Not just this store but Verizon in general, our town was offered Verizon 5g internet and since we didn't have very good internet we decided to hop on. And it worked really really well for a while, then we got throttled because apparently our address just, magically became unqualified when It was originally and needed a new router. So call customer support and they tell me to go get a new one at a store.... store said they HAD to ship even though customer support said it was in the store. Ok, 3 days later then it was supposedly to be delivered we call again. "If it's not there tomorrow go back to the store and ask for a physical".Does not show up, so I personally go back to this store and begin explaining the situation to find yes they had the physical router the entire time and was on the table as they were setting it up. Only to start saying things like "We can't, allready shipped, Not right node, blah blah" I try to tell them what customer service said only to be interrupted by presumably the manager and was told "They can say whatever they want, doesn't matter my store won't allow it"They then proceed to give me a tracking number, that was not even mine! I have someone else's tracking number for a signature required delivery 2 cities down!So now I'm still without internet for my JOB for almost 2 weeks now and severely hurting because of it. Unreliable equipment, customer service, and in store aid.

Fiancee went in for a new sim card, they upsold her 100 bucks. I'm not a fan of Verizon, but the store does what it does well.

Plan on waiting for assistance. They are all very pleasant and get to you as quickly as possible. I'm just a bit soured on Verizon as a whole. After years of service, they will continue to charge for something that never had data.

Eric helped us out last night and did a great job. I appreciate how he explained many options to us and then allowed us to make a decision. I didn't feel pressured at all. I was also impressed with how effortlessly he applied the glass screen protector too. 100x better than I would have been able to do. I don't recall his name, but the gentleman doing the check in last night was very helpful as well! They know what they are talking about!
