Woodforest National Bank has shown great improvement in the past year. The new manager has made the branch a ray of sunshine. All the workers are amazing, friendly, and helpful. They are extremely talented and fix problems for customers. The employees cheer others up with encouraging words and advice. People in the store talk about how friendly and helpful the bank is. The location is decorated nicely. The turn around from a year ago is amazing, and people are talking about all good stuff. They keep up the good work.

As a rule, I hate banks but I have to give a shout out to the staff. They all go above and beyond. They're always helpful and above all, courteous and friendly.... evrn to an old retitee like me.

The people at this location are very friendly, sweet and always make me laugh. They are helpful and always been ready to help my son with his account when needed. Very good place and atmosphere. They take a personal interest in their customers and that counts for everything in my book!!
