4018 N Broadway Ave, Muncie IN 47303
“I brought a friend, Jayne Poland, who can no longer drive, to the Broadway location today to pay her credit card. She does not do the internet but asked I leave a review for her. Lindsay Haney waited on her in the drive thru. Lindsay explained to her that her savings was dormat and if she didn't do some kind of transaction she would be charged a fee. Jayne kept carrying on how much she appreciated Lindsay telling her and she made a $10 deposit Jayne said in all these years, no one has ever told her that and she thought Lindsay's customer service skills were 200%. She wanted Prime to know what a valuable and caring employee Lindsay Haney is to Prime Trust.”
