Lindsay Haney waited on her in the drive thru. Lindsay explained to her that her savings was dormat and if she didn't do some kind of transaction she would be charged a fee.
Jayne kept carrying on how much she appreciated Lindsay telling her and she made a $10 deposit
Jayne said in all these years, no one has ever told her that and she thought Lindsay's customer service skills were 200%.

“Everyone at this location is always so friendly, kind, and helpful. Lyndsey Colvin helped me so much when there were unrecognized charges on my account. She made sure I got a new debit card so that this wouldn’t happen again, disputed the unrecognized charges, and made sure she did everything she could to get my money back into my account. Lyndsey not only got my money back she also made sure I had her business card that had a direct number on it to reach her until everything was resolved. I ended up having to call her twice. Both times she was right there on the line answering my questions, and making sure I was taken care of. It’s nice knowing that when I go into my bank that I’m going to be taken care of by people that really care about my banking needs, and not people there just because they have to be doing their jobs.
