“If you’re looking to get your car repaired I highly recommend Phil’s. We had a deer run out in front of us and had to get the front end fixed. Insurance listed Phil’s as place to get repairs done. Man I’m glad I chose this place. Between my insurance and Phil’s I didn’t have to do much of anything. It was a great experience and made an otherwise unpleasant situation(accident) easier and less stressful. Phil’s customer service is top notch and their communication is great. I’ve only experienced this type of customer service at one other company. If you know who sweetwater(a music company that sells musical instruments) is then you know that they have the best customer service of any company you might ever deal with and I would put Phil’s neck to neck with them. I can’t recommend this place enough.”

“I took my dad’s car into Lake Side Collision for repair after I was rear-ended in a car accident. They took the vehicle in right away, worked with the insurer and made the whole process really quick and easy; they handled everything in such a timely manner and they kept great communication throughout the whole process. I took my vehicle to this shop to receive an estimate and right away knew I was in good hands. The staff was warm, friendly but most of all HONEST! Complete transparency is what sealed this deal for me, the owner kept me in the loop the entire time. I was advised of when the parts were ordered, to when the work was being performed to when my baby was ready.
