“The absolute BEST EVER!!! The BEST work. The BEST customer service. The owner is kind & thoughtful. He is not looking to get over on anyone or make a quick buck. He GENUINELY cares. Thank you Paul... you are a life saver. My grandson's car was in & out in 1 day. He even gave me his personal number so he could meet the kid & he could pick it up after his competition that ended after closing.”

“Dan did amazing work on my car. It looks brand new again! The turnover was quick for the amount of work he did. He even ensured that we got everything fixed without going over the amount insurance gave us to spend. Thank you so much!”

“Arnie is one of the good guys still on this earth. He's fair and take pride in his work, my truck was ugly, wanted to just trade it. I thought about it then I said my wife comes to this shop. That same day I was bringing her into the shop to pick up her Ford Fusion. So I see this Latino come out to greet us Arnie had no ideal that I was bringing her to pick up her Fusion, repair on the driver door. So Arnie comes out and says man you need work on that truck, had his phone out taking pictures of my Acadia. So I look at my wife and said what is he doing? So we get out of my Acadia and I say I'm here to pick up my wife Ford Fusion, he replies okay. So after he took care of my wife Arnie started talking to me. He explained to me what I needed to to get my Acadia fixed great customer service, I'm not just lying this is the honest God truth. I will recommend any one to Martinez Auto LLC. Know her comes the great thing about Arnie he gave me a discount out this world. Arnie be yourself don't change for no one Will we are on first time basics, you are a friend....”

“We've used Alex Jr's body shop a few times and are very happy with the service. When he gives you a date for it to be ready, it always on time. The craftsmanship is very good and the price is very competitive, if not better. I hope I don't need a body shop for a while, but if I do, he gets the business.”

“Carlos R Tracy sold his shop back in 2016!!! Not sure who painted your car over there on Osborne, but it wasn't T&R. There is a new owner in that building, but it is not Tracy. Noticed that your post is from this year? He is in the process of a new location, but is not open to the public as of yet. Currently doing work for SEMA projects and high end hot rod builds. You should call 219-845-8022 to find out who really painted your car? From what you are saying I know it wasn't T&R. He doesn't do shotty work like you are saying.”

“Jeff was amazing! He contacted me regarding the vehicle I wanted and set up an appointment with me the same day! Jeff was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable during the process. Jeff has a great personality and was very knowledgeable. Jeff was able to get me into the vehicle I inquired about and was accommodating.
