Even though my address is on my mailbox in big block letters 1 foot off the road, and I am on a main road in the county. FEDEX CANT DELIVER MY PACKAGES! These idiots keep delivering to wrong addresses, and my packages are never to be seen again! Don't ship with FEDEX!

If I could leave negative star rating I would. FedEX is HORRIBLE, they need to clean house, fire their lazy, horrible customer service skills people and start over. If consumers would boycott or just stop using them they MAYBE would try to fix their issues. We were home waiting ALL DAY for a package, watching tracking online to see DELIVERY ATTEMPTED no one home. We immediately called and said not only are we home but we have cameras and NO ONE tried to deliver package on top of it had lightly snowed about a inch and there was NO vehicle tracks in our driveway. We were put on hold while they attempted to contact the driver, they came back on the line and said we spoke to the driver and we apologize the driver did not attempt to deliver the package because he was concerned he wouldn’t be able to turn around in the driveway to get out, we live on 10 acres of wooded property with the home sitting about 1,000 feet off the main road in the middle of the woods, we have a 850 foot long double wide concrete driveway with multiple turn around spots. My issue is that the driver LIED!!!!!!! When we originally called we had to argue with the representative we spoke to, like we were lying that we were in fact home.. We will NEVER use FED-EX delivery services again.. More customers need to follow MAYBE when they feel a financial pinch they’ll make changes to improve their BROKEN company

If I could give 0 starts I would. Ordered a package on Friday and it told me Saturday 2/25 that it would be delivered by 1:50pm. It Is now 2/26 and the dispatch is saying that it will be delivered tomorrow, 2/27. Very untrustworthy of my goods. This location needs to close down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst FedEx with the laziest workers/ delivery drivers who don’t like there job. I absolutely hate this specific FedEx my packages get delayed for days/ weeks going in an out of delivery trucks with no delivery this FedEx driver is horrible

I hate to post negative reviews but unfortunately this has happened before. I get an email saying my package was delivered but it's not there. Now I live in an apartment and it's not that difficult to make sure it at least gets inside the building even if it doesn't make it to my door. So because of their laziness someone gets to walk off with my package that I paid my hard earned money for?. I suggest these delivery drivers put themselves in our shoes next time they decide to be trifling and not do their job correctly.

three times this service will get a below average rating for their horrible customer service and lack of being able to deliver packages on the dates their website says it will be delivered by...never again will I buy an item from anywhere if this is the delivery service they use!! and when the incompetent drivers who throw packages on the porch and or deliver to the wrong place...you get an oh well not our problem...

Twice now they have said they delivered my package...1st time at my garage, which is fifty feet from my house and the second time they said it was left it on my front porch.I received neither delivery...who do you people have working for you?

I have never had my purchases rescheduled 3 times in a row, first they change the date with no explanation (understandable) second next day they falsely stated that no one was available for pickup, when I spoke to the driver and he told me that my item wasn't put on the truck because it wasn't enough room (why did you come to my house then?) Third the next day when I spoke to 3 representatives stating how sorry they were to not have my father's Day gift on the expected day, promising that it will be delivered the following day, now it's been rescheduled again saying it's been sent back to the warehouse for inspection ughhhhh my package was to arrive on Saturday and it's been at the nearby FedEx, but 3 days and many lies later it should arrive Tuesday 6/21/22 I even offered to pick it up smh I think it's just lazy workers that don't want to lift my heavy package up in Munster Indiana

Repeating a lot of other reviews here, this facility is gaming their corporate system with "operational delays", which result in an infinite loop of fake "we're totally going to deliver it tomorrow" notifications as your only info.They change to "delivering that day" then at end of the day there's an "operational delay" with no other info given. Went on for 9 days past the latest delivered by date. Corporate's foreign customer service (the ones that don't hang up on you) give 0 info why there are issues with delivery.Tried getting it transferred to a different FedEx branch that allowed pick-up in person of the package because it was clear that the drivers here wouldn't deliver it. That ended up in a similar fashion, "operational delay" to get it transferred on a day-to-day basis. Not unreasonable to assume they are just taking things, there's no option for pickup here either conveniently.Definitely avoid deliveries coming out of here if you have any control of it!!

My dog's medicine has been delayed for a week now in getting to me. Now she has been in pain for the past few days because her supply has run out and FedEx at this location keeps saying they will deliver the following day and NEVER do. I've called customer service numerous times and they are doing their best but this FedEx location is not. You are a delivery service and are not providing the sole service for which you exist. This is extremely stressful for me and very painful for my dog to go through this.

My package has been sitting at Munster for 4 days and they will not deliver. They have lied and said that there was a weather delay one of the days it was supposed to deliver except it was 80 and sunny out. This is by far the absolute worst FedEx delivery location.

I've never had a problem with FedEx when I order through RockAuto which is also FedEx I get my deliveries on time in great condition on my porch. FedEx is way better than UPS you guys are awesome FedEx

Muster location should be closed. If my packages go to Munster warehouse I never receive my stuff for days after the original day to be delivered. I get more excuses then a kid not cleaning up after themselves.
