Went to help get the package as they were bringing it up the drive, driver decided to ignore that and threw it into the snow by the end of the drive and left. Fedex report said it's on the porch, which was about 100 ft up the drive. This should be unacceptable, step it up FedEx..

Delivery came three days early which normally isn’t an issue but they have no way of communicating an accurate timeline. Missed the package delivery with no way of finding out how to get my package now. No information available after 24hrs. Guess customer service is just a suggestion.

A FedEx delivery driver from Munster facility lied and said I was not home. I was there waiting for him because I needed to show ID for delivery. The truck pulled up, paused long enough to take a photo of my house and drove away. He never got out of his truck. How trifling ! 8.9.25
