“This was the first time I stepped into a gym in 10 years. I have never boxed before. The instructor was super nice and showed me how to wrap my hands for boxing. He took his time to explain things for me since it was my first time. He did a good job of pushing me but not making me overdo it since this was my first time. It was a great environment and the other people in the class were super nice.Highly recommend it!”
