“I have been working with Christian for about 6 months via online coaching. My experience has been absolutely amazing. All my lifts feel stronger than ever! He is quick to respond to any questions. I am able to send videos of my lifts to him and I always get coached up on what I did/what I need to do better. I love the programming and feel like it is second to none. This is my first time working with a strength coach of any kind and I am glad I went with Christian. If you are on the fence I HIGHLY recommend Christian.”

“They recently remodeled the place and added new equipment. Plenty of racks and radial weights to do bench press, squats, deadlifts. Plenty of free weights as well. Place my seem small, but it has plenty of equipment.The only thing I wish they would improve on is the hours. They are very limited on open hours. Not worth it for someone who works a typical 8-5 job since they open at 7am and close at 7pm.”

“Rylee was beyond helpful! I haven’t been to a facility yet despite having a membership for sometime and my home location didn’t want to give me a walkthrough due to construction. Totally fine. I came to this location instead and was given the most thorough walkthrough and felt truly welcome. Rylee answered all of my questions and was so accommodating and friendly. I’m going to make this my home location next time I visit. Staff is 10/10, facility is 10/10”
