Bonus is the ability to play your own music on the speakers if others are okay with it, and the owners and trainers are also extremely helpful and down-to-earth! “They recently remodeled the place and added new equipment. Plenty of racks and radial weights to do bench press, squats, deadlifts. Plenty of free weights as well. Place my seem small, but it has plenty of equipment.The only thing I wish they would improve on is the hours. They are very limited on open hours. Not worth it for someone who works a typical 8-5 job since they open at 7am and close at 7pm.”
