“10/10 service. Friendly people , was there to change my wifi plan and get the free phone service the young lady recommended me a while ago. Saved me big money! Well to cut the story short I walked out saving myself 150$! Reina Jada Edgar the whole team was just amazing ! You can tell they love what they do! Nice to still see people enjoying their job ?! Was in there for maybe 40 minutes had to set a phone up but I didn’t mind! They even transferred all of my information! It didn’t even feel like I was there that long with how great their service was! That young man Derryl had jokes after jokes truly a funny guy! Now look I’m a 50 year old veteran I’m not to tech savvy I could not get a “transfer pin” to save my life! But their manager Alexis was quick to help and save my day! I’ve been with metro for a while and never was able to get a manager! Nice to see one so hands on with her employees! Xfinity for the win!”

“I went to the drop off location, which looks like it's there garage and was disappointed that 1st of all I had to drop off the equipment in a metal box and couldn't get any proof of doing so. 2nd The office was closed I wanted a receipt or something, to talk to a person or something. Because in the end, I want proof I dropped off there equipment. Well if necessary, I hope they check there cameras. Thou that won't say who I am though, will it!”

“Victor was great. We went to a corporate store originally because we thought we would get better service than at a Verizon franchisee. Needless to say, we were wrong. The worker at the corporate store messed up my account so I didn't receive text messages from some contacts for 5 days plus possibly other things that I am not aware of yet. They also purposely made changes to my account, even though it was to my detriment, so that they could earn a commission from my account even though they made my situation worse. Victor, even after being aware of what the other worker had done, got my account switched over so everything works properly now. He also happily stayed after for more than 1.5 hours past close to make sure that everything was working properly and all of our questions were answered. From now on, I am not going anywhere else. Thanks Victor for all of your help.”
