I just want to leave a review for the ladies who worked Saturday 10/26/2024! Thank you so much for being so understanding of my situation! You do not understand how much of a blessing you guys were!!! Because of you WONDERFUL WOMEN I was able to purchase my vehicle!!! I also want to thank the sweetest lady who came and talked to me about why my check couldn’t be cashed the first time! I was totally unaware of how cashing checks went as I always use direct deposit! So thank you for that vital information and your kind words!! If you are not banking with PNC at THIS location, DO IT NOW! I couldn’t have ran into the best women ever! And I’m glad I did!!! THANK YOU!

Rude teller waited over 15 min just for her to act like she’s bothered because I ask what’s going on after I sent my ID in the drive through and she didn’t say a word. Rude, out of bills, and a long wait. I’ve been a customer of PNC for 15 +years and never experienced that before.

I went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude as if it was a big assignment to help fill out the deposit form. Other PNC banks I’ve been having the same problem people being rude and having terrible customer service. I think I just need to switch banks at this point. Not only do they charge every month for checking account then once half a year I go to deposit money and there’s a problem. Most of the times I deposit checks myself through my phone. It’s the least they can do through the drive thru.

Who asks for a car registration for you to withdraw your own money out your own account and you are giving them a valid state of indiana drivers license with your picture on it and been a customer for over 7 years. They told me the reason is because the teller doesn't know me, really PNC? That is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of coming from a bank. A customer was arguing with the teller about her money when I walked in. That was a huge RED FLAG I started to leave back out the door that was my fault that I didn't. My advice patronize another location if you plan on withdrawing your own money!

You have people working there that don't know any information of the policy or proper procedures into any type of accounts. They well happily lie to your face with a smile, while they have computer issues. PNC needs to fire the whole staff and get people who actually reads the company procedures and Policies. Keep away from this branch!
