The new branch manager was very accommodating and nice, personalizing the experience and provide customer service that love. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, professional in appearance and attitude. They always willing to help, take time to listen, answer questions, explain procedures, and seem to enjoy their jobs. Customer thank the wonderful women who worked Saturday for understanding their situation, provide vital information about cashing checks, and help purchase a vehicle. Thank you to all the nice women who were working on Saturday, 10/18/2025! From the moment I walked in, it was a great, welcoming experience. They have amazing staff at this location, and it’s no surprise because the manager, Victoria, was incredibly helpful and kind. I will only be going to this PNC branch moving forward!
