I went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude as if it was a big assignment to help fill out the deposit form. Other PNC banks I’ve been having the same problem people being rude and having terrible customer service. I think I just need to switch banks at this point. Not only do they charge every month for checking account then once half a year I go to deposit money and there’s a problem. Most of the times I deposit checks myself through my phone. It’s the least they can do through the drive thru.

Who asks for a car registration for you to withdraw your own money out your own account and you are giving them a valid state of indiana drivers license with your picture on it and been a customer for over 7 years. They told me the reason is because the teller doesn't know me, really PNC? That is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of coming from a bank. A customer was arguing with the teller about her money when I walked in. That was a huge RED FLAG I started to leave back out the door that was my fault that I didn't. My advice patronize another location if you plan on withdrawing your own money!

You have people working there that don't know any information of the policy or proper procedures into any type of accounts. They well happily lie to your face with a smile, while they have computer issues. PNC needs to fire the whole staff and get people who actually reads the company procedures and Policies. Keep away from this branch!

I called the branch to ask a couple of questions that would have made sense at a local level rather than calling the 800 number. Caitlyn was my branch representative who picked up the phone and she was really nice and patient with me. The call did not take long but it made a huge difference on how I wanted to manage my funds. Thank you Caitlyn for the great customer service!

The bankers and tellers at the Shererville branch are always very friendly and helpful. If your acct is compromised, this is a location where they can print you a new debit card the same day.

I had an excellent experience today with one of PNC employees, her name is Maryan. She was unbelievable helpful and patient with all my questions and services I requested. Not only that, she went beyond and made me understand my line of credit statement in details and even making a call to one of their district to check on info for me. Thank you Maryan!!
