The woman at the counter was more focused on whatever she was listening to on her AirPod and overall had a very bad attitude.

I always have an issue when I go to this location. There is always something wrong with how I package my mail or something I need that wasn’t clear, and other locations have never made things this much of an issue. I will not be going back to this location
