“Start with the positive. The attendant was wonderful and helpful. She was obviously a favorite of regulars as it was her birthday and many came in just to tell her Happy Birthday. Many brought gifts. Absolutely lovely lady.
While the facility was clean, it was worn. Torn carpet, machines in pieces. I did learn from conversation around me that the repairs were in process.
Convenient to my husbands care facility.”
